FAQ

Shipping: common questions.

Still have a question?

Talk to a real person who imports cars every day.

Is container or RoRo better?

RoRo is usually cheaper and suits standard cars that run. Container shipping is sealed and better for classics, high-value cars, non-runners or if you want to ship parts with the car.

Can I put personal items in the car?

Not with RoRo. In a container it’s sometimes possible if declared in advance. Ask us and we’ll check the route rules.

Is my vehicle insured in transit?

Yes. We arrange marine insurance for the declared value of the vehicle, from collection to delivery.
